Although our branch undoubtedly has a large number of good pubs, we are only allocated 27 entries in the GBG, so only the very best can be selected each year. Using an agreed set of criteria allows us to moderate scoring and so ensure consistency of standards. Up-to-date survey forms are also needed for the Whatpub database and to provide the information required for the GBG entry.
