Well-established, popular community local and the brewery tap for Barum Brewery. From the main road, look above roof level for the pub sign to locate it. The skittle alley is the location for the annual Green Man beer festival in July and other regular beer festivals are held during the year. In the public bar, where there is a pool table, open mic evenings are held on Mondays, with bands appearing on alternate Fridays. The lounge bar is quieter.
