Busy and welcoming town centre pub. The bar area leads through to a separate games room and there is a particularly attractive beer garden at the rear. Regular live music sessions take place on Saturday evenings and quizzes on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Both children and dogs are welcome, although children are not allowed in the bar after 9.00 pm, while dogs are not permitted after noon on Saturdays. Food is provided by Tina's Kitchen just a few yards away from the pub.
