See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

The Village Inn is a privately owned freehouse overlooking the village green and has up to 3 real ales on tap at any time. It has been open since the mid-1990s. The original pub (the Manor?) was destroyed in a fire in 1989, when the pub was moved to its current location. Popular with locals and visitors alike, it is particularly busy on Sundays with its recommended carvery. Other favourite dishes include Chicken Breast topped with Mozzarella and Steak and Ale Pie. Pub games, such as pool and darts, are also regular pastimes here. Closed Tuesdays.
